I need to reset my learner's password or username, what must I do?

To reset your learner's password or username, or any related information, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your WorksheetCloud Parent Account at  http://www.worksheetcloud.com/login
2. Once logged in, you'll see the "Manage Learners" tab on the left menu bar of the page, click this tab shown by the arrow:

3. On the Manage Learners page, click the "Change Password" button to update your new password: 

You'll now be able to change the learner's password or username on this page. Remember to click the "Save" button once you have updated your new details.
