I want to cancel my subscription, how do I do that?

We currently have an option available directly in your Parent Account where you can manually pause/cancel your subscription payments. 

Once your membership is paused, your card will no longer be charged. This is super easy to do; here are the steps:

  1. Login to your Parent Account here: https://app.worksheetcloud.com/signin/parent
  2. Click on the Billing tab in the menu on the left.
  3. Click the Pause button for the child or children whose membership you'd like to cancel.

If you ever want to begin using WorksheetCloud again in the future, you can simply sign in to your Parent Account and reactivate your membership.
