Does each parent get their own login details, or do they share login details?

Unfortunately, we only have the option to create one Parent Account per subscription. This means that you can add multiple learners to your subscription, but can only manage them with one Parent Account.

Each Parent Account has one, individual login, there cannot be more than one set of login details for a Parent Account.

If you would like for another trusted party to access your Parent Account, you’re welcome to share your login details with someone else (spouse, grandparents, tutors, etc.) and allow them access to your account at your own risk.
