I want to cancel my subscription, how do I do that?
This depends on the type of plan you have:
- If you’re on a month-to-month WorksheetCloud plan, you can cancel anytime.
We currently have an option available directly in your Parent Account where you can manually pause/cancel your subscription payments.
Once your membership is paused, your card will no longer be charged. This is super easy to do; here are the steps:
- Login to your Parent Account here: https://app.worksheetcloud.com/signin/parent
- Click on the Billing tab in the menu on the left.
- Click the Pause button for the child or children whose membership you'd like to cancel.
- If you’re on an annual WorksheetCloud plan, it’s a 12-month commitment. If you decide to cancel before the 12 months are up, you’ll need to pay a once-off early termination fee. To request an early cancellation, please contact us via [email protected].
If you ever want to begin using WorksheetCloud again in the future, you can simply sign in to your Parent Account and reactivate your membership.
