Is there a notice period I must adhere to in order to cancel my subscription?

This depends on the type of plan you have:

• If you’re on a Monthly WorksheetCloud Plan, you can cancel anytime. There’s no notice period. If you decide to cancel, you can pause your subscription directly from the “Billing” tab in your Parent Account.

  
  

• If you’re on a 3-Month WorksheetCloud Plan, it’s a 3-month commitment and you will only be able to cancel after the 3-month period. After the initial 3 months, your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis until you cancel.

  
  
• If you’re on a 12-Month WorksheetCloud Plan, it’s a 12-month commitment. If you decide to cancel before the 12 months are up, you’ll need to pay a once-off early termination fee. After the initial 12 months, your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis until you cancel. To request an early cancellation, please contact us via [email protected].
