Is there a notice period I must adhere to in order to cancel my subscription?

This depends on the type of plan you have:

• If you’re on a month-to-month WorksheetCloud plan, you can cancel anytime. There’s no notice period. If you decide to cancel, you can pause your subscription directly from the “Billing” tab in your Parent Account.

  
  

• If you’re on an annual WorksheetCloud plan, it’s a 12-month commitment. If you decide to cancel before the 12 months are up, you’ll need to pay a once-off early termination fee.  To request an early cancellation, please contact us via [email protected].
