I found an error in a worksheet or memorandum, how can I let you know?
In order for us to provide you with the most efficient and relevant assistance with this issue, could you please follow these steps:
1. Login to your Parent Account: https://app.worksheetcloud.com/#/learner/signin
2. Go to the ‘Manage Learner’ tab to access your child’s ‘Activity History’.
3. From here you will need to click on the ‘Memo’ option in order to review the worksheet.
5. Open the 'Report Error' option at the bottom of the page:
Once you have completed the error report form, it will be sent directly to our Curriculum team with all the relevant information they require to assist you.
