I am having trouble logging in, it tells me my password or email is incorrect, what can I do?

If you receive the following error message when trying to login, please double check that you are logging in through the correct version of WorksheetCloud:

There are two separate login portals, one for WorksheetCloud 1 and one for WorksheetCloud 2: 

You won't be able to login to WorksheetCloud 1 through WorksheetCloud 2's login portal, and vice versa.

For WorksheetCloud 1, please try to login to your account again from this page: https://app1.worksheetcloud.com/

For WorksheetCloud 2, please try to login to your account again from this page: https://app.worksheetcloud.com/#/
